While Warren put up some runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Lakewood. The Bears had just enough and edged out the Lancers 1-0. Those one runs were actually the fewest the Bears have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Warren moved to 11-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Lakewood, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-12.

Looking ahead, Warren will take on Torrance at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Lakewood, they will challenge Woodrow Wilson at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
