Claysburg-Kimmel was led to victory by Brayden Haney and Elias Ritchey. Haney scored 26 points along with three steals, while Ritchey scored 15 points along with six assists and six rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Haney has scored all season. Cory Walter was another key contributor, scoring five points along with 12 rebounds and four steals.
Claysburg-Kimmel has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. As for Southern Huntingdon County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.
Claysburg-Kimmel will be playing at home against Tussey Mountain at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Tussey Mountain is looking to tack on another W to their four-game streak on the road. As for Southern Huntingdon County, they will take on Mount Union at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
