Softball Recap: Stuart Has No Trouble Against Calvin

Stuart never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past the Calvin Bulldogs 16-0. The Hornets might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 11 games by seven runs or more this season.

Kaci Justice was incredible, going a perfect 1-for-1 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. Miley Davis was another key player, getting on base in both of her plate appearances with two runs.

Stuart always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .957. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Stuart's victory bumped their record up to 13-4. As for Calvin, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.

Looking ahead, Stuart will take on Caddo at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bruins will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight. Calvin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
