Leading Our Lady of Good Counsel to victory were Talayah Walker and Caliyah Devillasee. Walker dropped a double-double on 22 points and 14 rebounds, while Devillasee scored 29 points along with 3 steals. That makes it two consecutive games in which Walker has scored at least 25% of Our Lady of Good Counsel's points. Kaia Christian was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Our Lady of Good Counsel now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Friends' Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.
