Notre Dame is 3-0 against Pacific Collegiate since February of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Notre Dame Spirits will head out on the road to challenge the Pacific Collegiate Pumas at 7:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Notre Dame has four straight wins, Pacific Collegiate has five straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Last Thursday, Notre Dame beat King City 48-41.
Francesca Rossi continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 13 points along with six steals. Another player making a difference was Clarissa Medeiros, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
While Pacific Collegiate couldn't quite beat King City back in January, the two-point margin was a huge improvement compared to the 23-point defeat they were dealt back in January. Pacific Collegiate fell just short of King City by a score of 27-25.
Notre Dame has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season. As for Pacific Collegiate, they dropped their record down to 4-6 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
Everything went Notre Dame's way against Pacific Collegiate in their previous matchup back in January as Notre Dame made off with a 36-13 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Notre Dame since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
