Baseball Recap: Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy Victorious

Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the St. Martin's Episcopal Saints. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Swamp Owls also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Brennan Deist was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing four bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy is undefeated when Deist posts two or more runs, but 9-13 otherwise.

Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy now has a winning record of 14-13. As for St. Martin's Episcopal, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 13-14.

As of now, neither Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy nor the Saints have any future games scheduled.
