The Brockway Rovers can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Monday. They really took it to East Forest/West Forest for the full four quarters, racking up a 51-24 win on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Brockway has posted since December 18, 2023.
Rheanna Spinda was on fire: she almost dropped a triple-double on 23 points, ten rebounds, and nine steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points she has scored all season. Maria Buttery was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds.
Brockway's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-13. As for East Forest/West Forest, they now have a losing record at 3-4.
Brockway will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Union at 7:30 p.m. Union has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last five games. As for East Forest/West Forest, they will head out on the road to challenge Keystone at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
