Another player making a difference was Brooklyn Cooper, who scored three points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Exeter struggled to work together and finished the game with only two assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Among those leading the charge was Navaeh Galvan, who scored 17 points. That's the first time this season that she scored 15 or more points.
Exeter's loss dropped their record down to 15-7. As for Washington Union, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-11.
