The Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars put the hurt on the Magnolia Science Academy Reseda Warriors with a sharp 42-18 win on Wednesday thanks in part to Assio, who posted 34 points. That makes it 12 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Lake Balboa College Prep's points.

Lake Balboa College Prep pushed their record up to 7-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 21.8 points over those games.
