While Jasper County put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for McNair. The Hurricanes were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Mustangs. The Hurricanes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matches by eight runs or more this season.

With the victory, Jasper County broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 11-10. As for McNair, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jasper County will face off against Putnam County at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The War Eagles have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.47 runs per game on average), something the Hurricanes will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for McNair, they will head out on the road to face off against Social Circle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Redskins will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Mustangs surely won't give up without a fight.
