The Lindsay Cardinals won the last time they faced the Woodlake Tigers, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Lindsay was the clear victor by a 45-20 margin over Woodlake.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lindsay to victory, but perhaps none more so than Brianna Jara, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. Adaliya Turner was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds.
Lindsay's victory bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Woodlake, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-15.
Lindsay will be playing at home against Corcoran at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Corcoran will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Lindsay surely won't give up without a fight. As for Woodlake, they will head out on the road to square off against Strathmore at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Woodlake will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 1116th, while Strathmore is ranked 413th).
