Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sweetwater). They enjoyed a cozy 69-52 win over the Boyd Yellowjackets on Saturday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Mustangs with their most commanding win of the season.

Despite the loss, Boyd still got an impressive performance from Myles Richardson, who posted 22 points. Another player making a difference was Lex Horton, who put up 12 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Sweetwater and bumps their season record up to 3-7. As for Boyd, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.

Sweetwater will venture away from home to take on Wall at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Boyd, they will host Alvord at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
