After a string of four wins, Encina's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a hard 43-28 fall against the John Adams Academy Rsvl/Lin Patriots. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Patriots apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Encina's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances.
