Beloit extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Eli Johnson. The Beloit Trojans breezed by the Ellsworth Bearcats to the tune of 71-39 on Friday thanks in part to Johnson, who went 12 for 13 on his way to 26 points and eight rebounds. The match was his eighth in a row with at least ten points.
The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Cheney, who went 6 of 13 on his way to 17 points in addition to six assists and six boards. That's the most boards he has posted since back in January.
Beloit now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Ellsworth, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.
