Folsom's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Lincoln Trojans 7-6. The Bulldogs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.
Alex Blount looked comfortable as he tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits any time he's pitched this season.

Davis Sr.'s pitching crew has only allowed three runs per game this season, so Folsom's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Lincoln, they will challenge Turlock at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
