While losing is never fun, Ann Sobrato can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 333rd, while Christopher is ranked 148th).
Ann Sobrato lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Emiliana Bejarano, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Bejarano has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Violet Asuncion, who scored eight points along with two steals.
Ann Sobrato has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season. As for Christopher, their victory bumped their record up to 18-6.
Ann Sobrato does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Christopher also has no future games currently scheduled.
