Cambridge came tearing into Thursday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Centennial Knights 11-1. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven contests by six runs or more this season.

Cambridge's win bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Centennial, their loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-9.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cambridge is set to face off against their familiar foe Kell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bears 2.8, the Longhorns 3.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Centennial will challenge rival Westminster at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
