Softball Recap: Haskell Starts Season with Victory on the Road

Haskell had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 9-3 margin over the Chouteau-Mazie Wildcats. The Haymakers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haskell will look to takes advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they takes on Fairland at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chouteau-Mazie, they will welcome Morris at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
