Benicia took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They blew past the Wood Wildcats 11-0. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.
Dominic Louro looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in April of 2024.
