While Freedom Christian Academy put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Village Christian Academy. The Patriots put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 20-0 win. The Patriots might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 games by six runs or more this season.

Victoria Bryant made a splash no matter where she played. She pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up a single earned run in 11 consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one triple, two RBI, and one run. That triple marked the first that she hit this season.

In other batting news, Freedom Christian Academy got a massive performance out of Genesis Lebron, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. What's more, Lebron posted three RBI, the most she's had since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Rylan Miller, who scored three runs and stole two bases while going 1-for-3.

Freedom Christian Academy always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .844. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Freedom Christian Academy pushed their record up to 17-2 with the victory, which was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.1 runs over those games. As for Village Christian Academy, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
