Florin came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They took a blow against the River City Raiders, falling 60-26. The Panthers' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Florin's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for River City, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Florin will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Johnson at 7:00 p.m. on January 6, 2026. River City and Hayfork will round out the year against one another at 3:30 p.m. on the 29th.
