Academy of Careers & Exploration won the last time they faced Silver Valley and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagle put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 13-2 victory. The result was nothing new for the Eagle, who have now won six matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Academy of Careers & Exploration has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.2 runs over those games. As for Silver Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.
