Their defense stepped up to hand the Eagles  a   4-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Syrupmakers, who have now won three contests by three  goals or more  so far this season.
 Cairo's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Westover, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.
 Westover might still be hurting after the  10-0 defeat they got from Cairo  in their previous meeting  back in March of 2024. Can Westover avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
