North Buncombe had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 22 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 64-33 win over the T.C. Roberson Rams. The Black Hawks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 27 points or more this season.

North Buncombe was led to victory by Aubrey Gilliland and Grace Parker. Gilliland went 7 of 11 en route to 14 points in addition to six rebounds and six steals, while Parker went 6 for 8 on her way to 20 points and four steals. Those four steals gave Parker a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Kadence Penley, who posted nine points along with five assists and five boards.

North Buncombe smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive contests.

North Buncombe has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.2 points per game. As for T.C. Roberson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Buncombe will head out to take on Asheville at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Asheville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.3 points per game this season. As for T.C. Roberson, they will take on A.C. Reynolds at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in A.C. Reynolds' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
