Video: Grayson highlights Watch the Rams play from earlier this season.
It was a great week for the No. 1 team in the MaxPreps Georgia boys basketball rankings as Grayson won four games, including avenging its only loss in an 86-39 win over Newton on Jan. 14.
The Rams (20-1) had earlier lost to Newton — also nicknamed the Rams — 84-80 on Dec. 10. Since then, Grayson has won 12 straight including its last two games over the weekend against out-of-state teams.
They defeated Wayne (Huber Heights, Ohio) 71-56 in the Flyin' to the Hoop Classic, before knocking off Crestwood Prep (North York, Ontario) 77-61 in Virginia at the Kevin Durant MLK Showcase.
Grayson plays at No. 2 Shiloh on Friday night.
The rest of Georgia's Top 10 largely looked the same as last week, however, Norcross moved up from No. 13 to No. 6 with a pair of wins, including one at the Kevin Durant MLK Showcase. Wheeler (Marietta) also moved up four spots to No. 10.
