The Lindsay Cardinals posted their closest  win yet this season on Saturday. They skirted past Coalinga  44-41. The  win made it back-to-back wins for Lindsay.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Lindsay to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Melanie Navarro, who  scored 11 points along with six  rebounds and two  steals.  Brianna Jara was another key contributor,  scoring nine points along with eight  rebounds.
 Despite the loss, Coalinga still got an impressive performance from   Jaelyn Bourdeau, who  scored 22 points along with three  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Bourdeau has scored all season. Another player making a difference was  Jozlynn Marshall, who  scored eight points along with nine  rebounds and three  steals.
 Lindsay has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. As for Coalinga, their loss dropped their record down to 17-4.
 Lindsay will head out on the road to  take on  Corcoran at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. Corcoran will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak. As for Coalinga, they will look to defend their home court  on Friday against Firebaugh at 5:30  p.m.
