Culver City lost against Redondo Union back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Centaurs came up short against the Sea Hawks, falling 8-2. The Centaurs' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Devin Asamura-Halll made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Blake Carbo was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple and one RBI.

Culver City's loss dropped their record down to 11-6. As for Redondo Union, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-10.

Culver City has already played their next match, a 22-0 victory against Centennial on the 10th. As for Redondo Union, they will head out on the road to square off against West at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The last four games the Warriors have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
