There's no place like home for Pratt, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They breezed past the Halstead Dragons to the tune of 41-0 on Friday. The score at the end of the third wound up being the final score as the Greenbacks just coasted through the last quarter.
This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Cade Liggett and Cresten Pore. Liggett rushed for 125 yards and one touchdown while Pore rushed for 75 yards and one TD. Pore showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards. Arley Morrell also helped with two scores in total.
Pratt was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 289 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Halstead only rushed for 78 rushing yards.
The victory got Pratt back to even at 1-1. As for Halstead, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
