Gridley's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Wheatland, they now have a losing record at 2-3.
Gridley will square off against Los Molinos at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Los Molinos will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 1119th, while Gridley is ranked 527th). As for Wheatland, they will head out on the road to face off against Woodland Christian at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Woodland Christian's defense has only allowed 28.6 points per game this season, so Wheatland's offense will have their work cut out for Wheatland.
