On Saturday, South Allegheny made easy work of Cheswick Christian Academy and carried off a 32-10 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for South Allegheny.
South Allegheny can attribute much of their success to Emily Beaumont, who scored 8 points along with 16 rebounds and 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Morgan, who scored 8 points.
South Allegheny's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Cheswick Christian Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
South Allegheny will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Apollo Ridge at 7:00 p.m. Cheswick Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
