The Knight Hawks will face off against the Diamond Bar Brahmas at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Knight knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Diamond Bar likes a good challenge.
On Monday, Knight needed a bit of extra time to put away Golden Valley. They put the hurt on the Grizzlies with a sharp 12-6 win. The Hawks might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by six runs or more this season.

Knight got a big performance out of Johnathan Tiznado, who went 1-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI. Tiznado has been hot recently, having posted at least one triple the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Johnny Salazar, who went 2-for-6 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.
They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Knight kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Golden Valley only managed seven.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 11 runs the game before, Diamond Bar was a bit more limited in their game on Thursday. They fell just short of Rowland by a score of 3-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Brahmas have suffered since April 28, 2025.
Diamond Bar saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeremiah Jung, who went 2-for-3 with one run.
Knight pushed their record up to 6-6 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.7 runs over those games. As for Diamond Bar, they moved to 8-4 with that loss, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
Tuesday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Knight hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .316. However, it's not like Diamond Bar struggles in that department as they've averaged .316. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
