Basketball Recap: Cajon Piles Up the Points Against PAL Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cajon). They claimed a resounding 83-0 victory over the PAL Academy Bulls. The Cowboys pushed the score to 81-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Bulls had no chance of recovering from.

Cajon's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nioni McCain, who posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Eunaysia Nolley, who earned ten points and six rebounds.

The victory made it two in a row for Cajon and bumps their season record up to 3-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 20 points in those games. As for PAL Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cajon will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Valley View at 7:30 p.m. on December 2. As for PAL Academy, they will be playing at home against Citrus Valley at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
