Baseball Recap: Heritage Makes It Five in a Row at Home

Heritage proved they can win big on Friday (they won by seven) and on Saturday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Gordon Lee Trojans. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Generals have posted against the Trojans since March 5, 2022.

Heritage's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.2 runs over those games. As for Gordon Lee, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1.
