Colton is 1-6 against La Sierra since December of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Colton Yellowjackets will be home for the holidays to greet the La Sierra Eagles at 5:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 76-29, which was the final score in Colton's tilt against Rialto on Thursday. Colton was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-22.

Meanwhile, La Sierra ended up a good deal behind Carter on Wednesday and lost 40-25. While losing is never fun, La Sierra can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 932nd, while Carter is ranked 317th).
This is the second loss in a row for Colton and nudges their season record down to 7-5. As for La Sierra, their loss dropped their record down to 4-4.
