The Madison Warhawks are taking a road trip to  take on the Brawley Wildcats  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Madison's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
Madison is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand Imperial  a   1-0 shutout.  Olivia Hedley had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Warhawks.
 Meanwhile,  after low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Brawley brought some dynamite into their most recent  contest. They blew past San Ysidro 6-0 on Tuesday. The Wildcats' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a  goal in their last five  matches.
 Brawley has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 12 of their last 14 games,  which provided a nice bump to their 20-6 record  this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up five  goals over those 14  contests. As for Madison, their victory bumped their record up to 10-12.
