Strom Thurmond is 10-0 against the Panthers since February of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. Katlyn Chinn was her usual excellent self, scoring 19 points along with four steals. She has been hot recently, having posted three or more steals the last six times she's played. Lawson Lowe was another key contributor, scoring six points along with three steals.
Meanwhile, Pelion's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight defeat. They fell 28-20 to Fox Creek.
Strom Thurmond has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-10 record this season. As for Pelion, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost 11 of their last 12 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.
