Hart has gone a perfect 10-0 against Canyon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Hawks will be playing at home against the Cowboys at 3:30 p.m. Canyon took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hart, who comes in off a win.
Hart took a loss when they played away from home on Wednesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past West Ranch 6-5.

Mason Cummings looked comfortable as he tossed 3.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. He has become a key player for Hart: the team is 6-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 6-8 otherwise.
On the hitting side, Michael Hogen was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Hart is undefeated when Hogen posts two or more runs, but 7-9 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Ryder Frithsmith, who went 1-for-3 with two runs and one RBI.
Meanwhile, Canyon lost 14-1 to Castaic on Friday. The Cowboys have struggled against the Coyotes recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.
Canyon saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Benny Santos, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.
Hart's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.5 runs on average over those games. As for Canyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-21.
Everything went Hart's way against Canyon in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Hart made off with a 13-0 victory. Do the Hawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cowboys turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
