Design Tech has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the Pescadero Vikings at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pescadero took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Design Tech, who comes in off a win.
Design Tech put the finishing touches on their third blowout victory of the season on Friday. Everything went their way against San Francisco Christian as Design Tech made off with a 41-15 win.
Design Tech got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jewel Wilson out in front who scored 15 points along with two steals. Rotem Haimovich was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with seven steals.
Meanwhile, Pescadero lost to Pacific Bay Christian on the road by a decisive 42-24 margin on Friday. Pescadero has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
The win got Design Tech back to even at 4-4. As for Pescadero, their loss dropped their record down to 1-4.
Everything went Design Tech's way against Pescadero in their previous matchup back in January of 2023 as Design Tech made off with a 46-22 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Design Tech since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
