Sacramento Adventist snuck past El Dorado with a 41-37 victory. Sacramento Adventist's win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.
Sacramento Adventist was led to victory by Gwen Rosich and Victoria Fowler. Rosich dropped a double-double on 15 points and 15 rebounds, while Fowler scored 17 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 blocks. That makes it three consecutive games in which Fowler has scored at least 25% of Sacramento Adventist's points.
Despite the loss, El Dorado still got an impressive performance from Alana Schneider, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 15 rebounds. The match was Schneider's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maggie Yost, who scored 2 points.
Sacramento Adventist's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for El Dorado, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Sacramento Adventist won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Liberty Ranch at 6:30 p.m. on November 22nd. Hopefully Liberty Ranch focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Tuesday. El Dorado's road trip will continue as they head out to face Fowler at 3:30 p.m. on November 22nd.
