After only seven points in their last contest, Denison made sure to put some points up on the board against Memorial on Thursday. The Yellow Jackets strolled past the Warriors with points to spare, taking the game 41-23. The Yellow Jackets haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Despite the loss, Memorial still got an impressive performance from Landon Diehl, who picked up 121 receiving yards and one TD. Diehl showed off some serious burst, cutting upfield on a catch for 53 yards.

Denison now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Memorial, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Coincidentally, Denison and Memorial will both be playing Liberty the next time they take the field. The Yellow Jackets will host the Redhawks at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th, while the Warriors will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
