The Ramona Rams's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They fell 38-25 to Flintridge Sacred Heart.
Ramona's loss came despite strong showings from Diana Najera and Jaiden Tibbels. Najera scored four points, while Tibbels scored ten points along with three steals. Najera is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
Ramona has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-4 record this season. As for Flintridge Sacred Heart, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ramona will take on Glendora at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Glendora is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 58.9 points per game. As for Flintridge Sacred Heart, they will play host again and welcome Maranatha, where tip off is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
