Aquinas Academy extended their winning streak to five games thanks to a huge performance from Tess Duer. The Aquinas Academy Crusaders breezed by the Western Beaver Golden Beavers to the tune of 63-24 on Monday thanks in part to Duer, who went 6 for 12 on her way to 15 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. Duer is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.
The team also got some help courtesy of Lucy Keverline, who posted four points and eight boards. Those eight rebounds gave her a new career-high.
Aquinas Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.
