They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 42-2 victory over the Silver Knights. The Spartans' offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Jerome Smith and Brayden Smart were among the main playmakers for Roger Bacon as the former rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns and the latter threw for 181 yards and two touchdowns on only nine passes. The dominant performance also gave Smart a new career-high in rushing yards. Roger Bacon also got help from De'Vion Gipson, who showed off his sure hands for 82 receiving yards.
