They were the victim of a rough 48-26 loss at the hands of Emmanuel Christian on Tuesday. St. Sebastian's Soldiers HomeSchool was down 44-20 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Emmanuel Christian was led to victory by Zion McKnight and Zander McKnight. McKnight dropped a triple-double on 13 points, 12 rebounds, and ten steals, while McKnight scored 20 points along with nine steals and seven rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McKnight has scored all season. AJ Kirtlan was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds.
St. Sebastian's Soldiers HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Emmanuel Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Sebastian's Soldiers HomeSchool's road trip will continue as they head out to face Legacy Christian at 7:30 p.m. on January 29th. As for Emmanuel Christian, they will take on Varsity Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
