Worth County barely beat Thomasville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams' pitchers stepped up to hand the Bulldogs a 7-0 shutout on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won ten matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The win was the third in a row for Worth County, bringing their record up to 20-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Thomasville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-20.

Worth County will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bulldogs: the pair will be back at it again later today.
