After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodland, Cass was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 15-9 margin over the Hiram Hornets. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Colonels considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Cass is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-14 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.8 runs over those games. As for Hiram, they are on a 17-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-21.

Cass will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hornets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
