Sa'Nia Dixon was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored 16 points. Anastajia "Anna" Elkins was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Chavez's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Natomas, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Chavez will take on Cosumnes Oaks at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Natomas, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tokay at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
