The High Tech SD Storm stacked  a  seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They blew past Mountain Empire 64-12 at home. The  win was nothing new for High Tech SD as they're now sitting on five straight.
  Vivianna Cravens was  her usual excellent self,  almost  dropping  a triple-double on 26 points, nine  rebounds, and ten  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  she has scored all season.  Della Hueramo was another key contributor,  scoring ten points along with nine  steals and five  assists.
 When it comes to explaining why Mountain Empire lost, one person who can't be blamed is  Carli McGhee. Despite the final result, she  scored eight points. That was a full 66.7% of Mountain Empire's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's  earned more than a third of the team's points.
 High Tech SD's victory was  their sixth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 15-3. As for Mountain Empire, they are  on a four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-10.
 High Tech SD and Hoover will face off  at 6:00  p.m.  on January 12th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. As for Mountain Empire, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Gompers Prep Academy at 4:00  p.m.
