Trego put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They never let the Quinter Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 50-0 win. Considering the Golden Eagles have won five games by more than 45 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Ashton Wynn had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 78 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries, while also throwing for 83 yards and four TDs. Those four passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Vladon Crawford was in the mix as well, providing Trego with two scores.
Another reason for the win was Trego's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for six sacks. Jared Aschenbrenner was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up 2.5 himself. He has been hot recently, having also posted five or more total tackles the last three times he's played.
