Valwood got a great performance from Camden Crump as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over 4.2 innings pitched. Crump has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one walk in ten consecutive appearances.
On the hitting side, Will Greene was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Those three stolen bases gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Colson Smith, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four stolen bases and two runs.
